Much of what we call identity is inherited—our beliefs, fears, definitions of success and assumptions about what is possible. MBD Revolution International exists to help people question the unconscious patterns shaping their lives and discover what becomes possible when they create consciously.
MBD Revolution International is the mother body and umbrella organisation behind a growing ecosystem of philosophy, education, consultation, coaching, entrepreneurship, leadership, media, experiences, travel, commerce and community. The word Revolution represents a shift in consciousness: challenging default ways of thinking, leading, succeeding and living, and moving from unconscious patterns toward conscious choice and creation.
Success without consciousness is empty. Consciousness without action is incomplete.

Rathana is the lived philosophy and experiential expression of conscious living within the MBD Revolution International ecosystem. It is a way of living consciously in the modern world — grounded in presence, purpose, awareness, intentionality, conscious choice and alignment.
Rathana is not something to follow. Rathana is lived.

Rathana recognises a deeper field of intelligence and interconnectedness referred to as Universal Superior Intelligence (USI). Meditation and conscious awareness are used as pathways into deeper presence, reflection and connection — consciousness is not treated as an abstract concept but as something to be lived, tested and expressed through decisions, relationships, work, creation and contribution.
Rathana extends into books, meditation, community, journeys, retreats, conversations, apparel and everyday choices.

Conscious Success Architect | Author | Transformation Specialist | CEO, MBD Revolution International
Rathana is the public identity and future-facing expression of Mduduzi Beethoven Dlamini, founder and visionary behind MBD Revolution International. His professional foundation includes more than 25 years of HR and people-development experience. In 2010 he left a corporate role and committed himself to a path centred on human potential, personal development and empowerment.
His work developed through entrepreneurship, consciousness coaching, meditation, writing, speaking, seminars and the creation of frameworks connecting inner awareness with outer achievement. The Rathana identity emerged as a deeper expression of this work — a conscious identity and future-facing embodiment of the philosophy.
The question is no longer simply how successful can we become. The question is: can we become conscious of the way we create success?
